Game modes
Three ways to live the same career. Pace, detail and — in one case — the story itself change.
Before you kick off, pick a pace. Every mode uses the same simulation engine, but returns a different amount of detail and asks for a different kind of attention. None is easier: they are distinct experiences.
Classic — fast
The season resolves in one go and hands you standings and reports immediately. Ideal if you want to reach retirement in a single session, try a new build, or care about the final verdict more than the story. Important decisions remain: market, renewals, national team, season choices.
Detailed — immersive
Same season, much more material. The report opens as a timelapse through the year, with stats split by competition, team form, key moments and a reading level Classic summarises in a few lines. If you like numbers and understanding why it went that way, this is yours.
Legend — narrative
A written career, not a generated one. Start young and build a long path around themes other modes do not have: loyalty to the shirt, pressure from the environment and offers that ask you to change direction. Staying when leaving would be smarter is the heart of the mode.
Which to pick first
If you are new, start Classic: learn the full loop — creation, season, market, retirement, score — quickly. On a second career try Detailed, where the numbers start to mean something. Try Legend when you know the game: it works better when you want more weight on narrative choices.
You can play with friends
Yes — and it works with the modes. In the online lobby up to ten players run their own careers in parallel, with a win criterion chosen together before kick-off. Each career stays individual: no head-to-head matches, only paths compared.
